Already receiving Support at Home?
If the person already has Support at Home arrangements, contact us to discuss the current situation and required services.
SA Community Support delivers Support at Home services as an Associate Provider of Vitalcare Support Pty Ltd, the registered Support at Home provider.
Important
A referral or enquiry does not automatically confirm eligibility, funding approval, service availability or a commencement date.
Our team will explain the relevant pathway and next steps.
